Twinleaf Creative provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related services. Specific project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon separately with each client before work begins — nothing on this website constitutes a binding quote.

3. No Guaranteed Pricing

Any pricing information referenced on this site is illustrative only. Actual pricing is custom to each project and confirmed directly with the client in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of a completed website transfers to the client upon full payment. Twinleaf Creative retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio unless a client requests otherwise.

5. Hosting & Maintenance

For clients using our hosting or maintenance services, continued service is subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement, including payment of any recurring fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Twinleaf Creative provides services on an “as-is” basis and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted uptime, specific search engine rankings, or business outcomes resulting from a website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twinleaf Creative is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of its services.
